Justin holds the position of Sales Manager with Barcelona Equipment Company. He is a Graduate of Stetson University with a B.S .in Business Administration and a focus on Management and Finance. He has extensive field experience in the crane industry. Justin began his career as a member of the erection crew and is presently on the Apprenticeship Advisory Committee of International Operating Engineers Local 925. Justin currently holds his crane operator certification through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).

Joe is head of the Jacksonville, Florida area. In reality,Joe’s area is anywhere the work leads him. After many years in the industry as a leading operator; Joe has taken the initiative to develop personal relationships with customers and has transformed these relationships to help build the Barcelona name throughout the Southeast. Joe has been with Bob Steiner since 1991. With a wide range of crane rental knowledge, Joe provides our customers with on site expertise and solutions to standard and difficult projects. Our customers appreciate Joe’s good nature, experience, and professionalism with their crane rental needs. Joe holds a current crane operator certification through the NCCCO.

Mitch is the Dispatcher for Barcelona Equipment. The dispatch role involves coordinating the cranes, trailers, and accessory equipment to multiple job sites on a daily basis. Familiarity with cranes/rigging, laws, union regulations, curfews, and site locations are necessary for accomplishing every project. Our customers have come to know Mitch as knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful in meeting their crane rental needs. Mitch has been with Bob Steiner in this capacity since 1985.

Mary is Barcelona Equipment’s Office Manager and has over 15 years of experience working with Bob Steiner in the crane industry. Her primary areas of responsibility include Administrative Management, Finance/Accounting, Risk Management, Human Resources, Insurance, and other administrative functions of the business. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Mary’s dedication to the Company and her commitment to delivering quality service to the customers, vendors and employees is exceptional.

Kevin is the Service Manager for Barcelona Equipment Company. Kevin began his career in the crane industry when he was 19 years old. Kevin has extensive experience around heavy equipment. He has worked for one of the region’s leading bridge builders, Misener Marine, and was with that company for six years. He accepted a position with Bob Steiner and has remained with him for the last 13 years. He originally worked as a mechanic, eventually earning his way to become Service Manager. Kevin is well known within the construction and crane industry. His reputation for quality service and experience is a proven benefit to our customers and projects. Keeping your job going is his number one priority.
Duane Williams
Duane Williams is the Erection Foreman for Barcelona Equipment Company. Duane has been with Bob Steiner for over 20 years. Duane is in charge of erecting and dismantling all the crawler cranes. He has extensive experience with all of the Manitowoc cranes, including towers, luffers and conventional models.

Matt is Barcelona Equipment’s Safety Field Representative. He is a graduate of Eckerd College with a B.A. in Psychology and is responsible for establishing the Safety policies and procedures at Barcelona. He began his career in the crane industry in the parts department. But after obtaining his college degree Matt decided to remain in the industry. During the next two years he was assisting and training as a crane mechanic. He has completed the OSHA 30 hour course and is preparing to take the NCCCO crane certification test.
Todd Mak
Todd Mak hails from northwest Indiana and has several years of experience working with heavy equipment. He began his career with Bob Steiner in 2001 on the erection crew. Showing considerable knowledge and hard workmanship, within five years he was promoted to erection crew foreman. Todd's diverse knowledge in rigging, mechanical, welding and trucking makes him a valuable asset not only to Barcelona Equipment but to the customers as well. His field experience in the crane industry includes conventional, luffers and towers. Todd is a certified crane operator through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).
